I first saw Rosie Tupper from Perth Australia on the cover of the April 2010 Vogue Australia and thought wow. Then I read her story that this was her first photo session since being signed! Now 18, Rosie is still a “New Face”, but its hard to call her that with two Vogue covers in her first six months of modeling.
