I respect Karl Lagerfeld and his own personal line last spring was so very German. Very black and white. Tight lines, clean, and simple. For Chanel, I think he is making the scariest thing in his head just to see if people will buy it. After seeing his collection in Paris last March, people asked me to describe it. I asked people if they had seen the Empire Strikes Back. There is a creature called a Tauntaun. Google it.
